Main Roads WA MEB

Project comprises of the development of Main Roads WA materials engineering branch and comprises of the following main elements: refurbishing existing industrial laboratory areas, constructing additional office space and industrial laboratory area, new storage shed, demolition of existing leech drain system for sanitary waste and for connecting all refurbished and new areas to existing site sewer connection.

The work included for the hydraulic services is for the supply of all labour and materials for the execution of the hydraulic services work as follows:

• Domestic hot and cold water services
• Non potable hot and cold water service
• Fire hydrant and hose reel service
• Mechanical plant and waste water service
• Stormwater collection and drainage
• Specialised solvent waste services
